Thank you for subscribing to Activo. We strive to provide the best interactive classroom experience possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
Because Activo provides immediate access to digital resources and API integration tools (such as linking your Gemini API key), all sales of the Professional Plan and other premium tiers are final and non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
We highly recommend utilizing our Free Trial tier to fully test the platform's features and compatibility with your teaching style before committing to a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent your subscription from automatically renewing at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your Professional Plan features until the end of your paid period.
To cancel, simply navigate to your Account Settings in the Faculty Portal and select "Cancel Subscription."
In the rare event that the Activo platform experiences a prolonged technical outage that fundamentally prevents you from using the service for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, issue prorated credits or extensions to your subscription. We do not provide cash refunds for temporary outages.
Please note that we are not responsible for generation failures caused by your personal Google Gemini API key running out of quota or being suspended by Google.
